PLEASE NOTE: Transcend Services does require a minimum score of 85% on both the Medical and English terminology tests in order to be further considered.
Transcend Services requires a minimum of 5 years of recent, full-time experience with H&Ps, consultations, op notes, discharge summaries, invasive, and noninvasive procedures. This must be in the acute care setting with a minimum of 100 beds and 50 or more dictators.
